3.3 Special Conditions for Chemicals and Hygiene Products

Due to health and safety regulations:

• All chemicals (including Bromine, Chlorine, Clarifiers, No Scale & No Foam products) are non-returnable
• Cleaning tools that have been used cannot be returned
• Opened containers of cleaners cannot be returned
• Filters that have been installed or used cannot be returned

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment is taken at the time of order placement.

4.4 Order Confirmation

We ship globally, excluding Asia and certain remote regions. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

5.3 Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Flat rate shipping fee of £12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or public holidays.

5.4 Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

6.1 Returns Policy

We offer a straightforward returns and exchange process within 15 days of receiving your items, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition
• All original packaging and tags must be intact
• Non-returnable items (as specified in section 3.3) are excluded

6.2 Returns Process

To return an item:

2. Wait for authorization and a Returns Authorization (RA) number
3. Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging
4. Ship the package to our returns address (provided in the authorization email)

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

6.3 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

6.4 Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new item.
